Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using OS Tools. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to authorities.

1. Prohibited content & activity

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email (UBE), or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or PECR.
• Harvesting, scraping, or processing personal data without a valid lawful basis.
• Targeting minors, vulnerable populations, or processing special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious).
• Adult content, gambling outreach, deceptive crypto/financial promotions, or MLM recruitment lists.
• Phishing, malware distribution, credential stuffing, or any fraudulent activity.
• Harassment, doxxing, threats, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
• Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or building a competing service from our outputs.

2. Email outreach requirements

If you use verified emails for outreach, you must:

• Have a documented lawful basis (consent or legitimate interest with valid balancing test under GDPR).
• Identify yourself clearly and provide a working physical address.
• Include a functional one-click unsubscribe and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
• Never use misleading subject lines, headers, or sender identities.
• Respect suppression lists, robots.txt, and platform Terms of any data source.

3. Platform integrity

• No automated scripting, bots, or headless browsers against our UI or API.
• No attempting to bypass rate limits, credit deductions, or job concurrency limits.
• No probing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without prior written consent.
• No account sharing, credit transfer, or reselling outputs as a standalone service.

4. Reporting abuse

To report suspected misuse or vulnerabilities, email help.organicsupremacy@gmail.com with details. We investigate all credible reports.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice, for any breach. Serious or repeated violations forfeit remaining credits without refund. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.
