Welcome to OS Tools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OS Tools website and all tools and services we provide, including our Email Verifier, Niche Website Analyser, Website Owner Finder, and LinkedIn Account Buyer (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using OS Tools and agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

3. Account Access & Security

Access to certain features of OS Tools requires a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. OS Tools reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation, if we believe you are in breach of these Terms.

4. Using Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use verified email addresses or any data obtained through our Services to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit results or data obtained from our Services without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the OS Tools platform by automated means.
• Upload or process data you do not have the legal right to use (e.g., email lists collected without a lawful basis).
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, or code of any kind through our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or its underlying infrastructure.

If we suspend your account for a suspected breach, you may appeal within 30 days by contacting help.organicsupremacy@gmail.com. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. User Content

"User Content" refers to any files, email lists, or data you upload to our Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. It must be lawful, must not infringe any third party's rights, and must not expose OS Tools or any third party to legal liability.

We process your uploaded data solely to perform the requested service (e.g., email verification, website analysis). We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. Data uploaded for processing is handled on secure servers and deleted or anonymised once your job is complete and results are available. If you delete your data from our platform, it will be permanently removed.

6. Credits & Pricing

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our payment provider, Whop. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

7. Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, if a tool fails due to a platform error and credits were incorrectly charged, we will refund the credits consumed by that failed job. To request a credit refund, contact us at help.organicsupremacy@gmail.com within 30 days of the error, with details of the failed job. We will review all requests fairly.

8. No Warranties

OS TOOLBOX PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OS Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of credits purchased by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OS Tools, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Breaches of These Terms

If you breach these Terms, OS Tools may take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, blocking access from your IP address, or pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email (where available) and a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OS Tools regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
