Support and billing

Questions about a job, a CSV, your credits or a payment: support@os-tools.com. Signed-in users can also use the chat button in the corner of any page. Please include the email on your account and, for a job, the file name or the time you ran it.

Refunds

Uncertain results are refunded to your balance automatically, so you usually don't need to ask. If something looks wrong, email support and we'll check it. Full rules are in our refund policy.

Report a vulnerability to security@os-tools.com. Data requests under GDPR are covered on our GDPR page.
